2. Delivery Policy
We process orders within 24 hours after confirmed payment. Delivery timeframes are as follows:

Lagos: 1-3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Outside Lagos: 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Outside Nigeria: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
3. Delivery Terms

All deliveries are doorstep deliveries; we do not offer bus park drop-offs.

Customers choosing alternative delivery methods do so at their own risk, and Niks Essential Oils is not liable for any mishaps.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Fees may change based on product weight and size, and additional charges may apply.

We attempt delivery twice; if unsuccessful, a new delivery fee will be required.

Delivery estimates may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, protests, or other disruptions.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy

No refunds on purchased goods. However, store credits may be offered in exceptional cases, at our discretion.

No exchanges once products have left our facility due to product sensitivity.

Customers must ensure they are certain about their purchase before placing an order.
5. Returned Packages

Packages returned due to unsuccessful delivery will require a new delivery fee to be resent.
6. Shipping Error Policy

If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will replace the item if the mistake is on our part. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the denial of exchange or returns.
